I absolutely love decorating and having a Christmas tree. The day after Thanksgiving it goes up and because it is a fake I dont have to worry about it dying before Christmas day. ( I love fresh trees but the fake ones are a lot better on the budget and the back) Last year my mom and I went crazy at JoAnns after Christmas sell and got all new decorations. I was so excited about having a grown up tree! I do love it.... but I also miss the fun ornaments and all the colors and randomness of our trees in years past. McKenna informed me that she likes Uncle Nathans tree better because it has candy canes on it. How can I compete with that? Maybe next year we will be able to do both!
