Its ALMOST official. I am one step closer to being a "grown up" I finally got a cell phone for my self...... Welcome to the 21st century Tiffany!
McKenna has been completely appalled that her mom doesn't even have a cell phone. She is now asking when it will be her turn. My reply " When you are a Mommy", but I guess I should be a little more reasonable... "When you have a job, when you can be responsible for minutes, and the most important part when you can pay for it yourself!" To which she happily replies. " I can't wait!"
Now I just need to figure out how to use it.... hopefully before McKenna does :)

I have had a cell phone for a long time and sometimes I wish I didn't have one. The bills are too high and everyone seems to call you when you don't want them too. But make sure I get that number.
Welcome to 2009! Sometimes I can't imagine how you survive without a cell phone, but other times...it's kind of nice not to ;o)
So when will it completely be official? You being a grown up, I mean? I say you are there, woman. You have more than 2 kids, a minivan, a house, and now a cell phone. I still need to get me a van and a cell phone. YOU OLD LADY!
I'm excited for you, but after realizing the fact that anyone can get a hold of you, anywhere, you just might want to throw it out the window!
There are definitely times that you'll want to scream, "leave me alone!" (Uh. . . . ., not that I've ever felt that way, tee hee.) Just remember, it's a tool, you control it, it doesn't control you. You don't HAVE to answer it unless it's your mother. I'm sooooo glad you have one!!!
That is so funny! Welcome to the 21st century :)
ha ha ha you're SOOO FUNNY!! YAY that you got a cell phone!! :] I can't wait to see you try and text...
Im glad you've decided to start living in THE NOW! (as Louise would say)
hooray for you. I think those answers for McKenna are great, that is when I am thinking my kids will get phones also. I just read your last 2 posts and I just have to tell you that I am just as hard-hearted. The wiped Elliette down for me before I held her but Camryn just got thrown on my tummy and they had to keep telling me to hold her and all I could think was "hey I just had a baby, clean her off, fix me up and then give her to me - Geeze!" Totally understand, they are gross - I don't think it would be bad to voice your expectations. Sorry about the novel.
