I have to admit we have some pretty awesome Valentines day traditions! We started out the day with our annual valentines day scavenger hunt. This was Jerick and Kennedy's first year with us and the girls hyped it up so much I was worried they might be disappointed. Thankfully we had some exciting news to share with them at the conclusion. In the final clue was a note that shared with them the news that a baby was on the way and would be here this summer. (No worries there was plenty of candy to go around as well) They were all thrilled and I got the reaction I was hoping for. The day continued with crafts, making/taking valentines, and prepping for our candle light dinner and dance. Grandma Paxman joined in on the fun again this year and we danced the night away. Another successful love day!
