"JOY" School

Brynlee started Joy school this week. There are 5 other Moms in our neighborhood that are doing it with me. 4 boys and one other little girl besides Brynlee. At first she was really nervous being around all those crazy boys but as soon as the other girl showed up she was ready for me to hit the road. I was expecting her to be a little more nervous about it. *HELLO* We have been together basically all day for almost 4 years and you cant even show a little emotion when I am leaving you on your first day of school? Has she not learned anything from me? Anyways I am glad she is liking it and I am going to enjoy a couple of hours a week with just Raigynn and I. Maybe I'll teach her to be a little sad when I drop her off to school for the first time!

Wish me luck when "Joy" school comes to my house for the week. I bet I'll be calling it something else ;)

Just think of it as you've done such a good job raising a confident and secure child! I can't wait to hear all about her "school"! She looks so cute!!!

You're os courageous! i don't think I could do Joy school at all! Hyrum didn't care either leaving for preschool the first day. I was very surprised, but it's just like nursery, it's better that they are excited than sad! :o)

I'm surprised she did so well. I was expecting a post about her not wanting to go. I want to know if your cried like when McKenna went to preschool?

Oh JOY! What are you going to do with all of those boys in your house? I can't wait to hear all about it!

You are brave! I wanted to do something like that, but no one in my neighborhood was interested. Guess that must say something about my crazies huh? Looks like she's having fun--so cute! How often is it your turn to do school? How's McKenna doing with the big kids?

I can't think of a worse name for anything than Joy school...

It sounds like a communist country's forced brain washing program.

YOU GO JOY SCHOOL, YOU GO NOW, YOU BE HAPPY PRODUCTIVE CITIZEN...

marketing people, it's all about marketing....

(By the way I have absolutely NO idea what Joy School even is)

"Joy" school is a pre-school program that we are very loosely following (I think)You know letters, numbers, colors, shapes.

My kids and I LOVED doing Joy School! It seems like just yesterday! And what better thing to do than allow a child just to feel JOY!! You will have fun with it, and I am sure you will be great at doing the teaching occasionally too! Love you, Marinann
