Sick Days.....
So the girls have been sick this last 2 days and although I hate to see them not feel well I have to admit that it has its benefits. Let me explain why before you think I am the worlds worst Mom! The house has been alot quieter less energy equals less whining/arguing I suppose. Less eating equals less crumbs to sweep/vacuum up and less meals to fix. Jammie days equals less laundry, and well the list could go on I guess. I do hope they feel better tomorrow but today has been kinda nice!

Did they get sick from playing too hard on Saturday? Anyways to bad for them (and you if there is throw up involved). Enjoy the peace and quiet!!
I hear you! Kyle has been sick, and it has been kinda nice--except he has just wanted me to hold him, and I have company coming & an entire house to clean!
You are definitely not a bad mom! I'm always torn between the same feelings of sad that they are sick, but thrilled that they sleep lots and I get stuff done. Hope they get better soon!
