For All of You Teachers!
Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication! Just think you get 3 more months of preparation for the next year! I hope my girls teachers are as good as those reading my blog today. Ok,funny, but so sad just after we finished with testing because it's so dang true! We just had 13, yes 13, tests we had to give our kids over the past month. Each were about an hour. I feel so sorry for my students. I wish I could just TEACH them instead of doing TEST preparation! Ok, I'll get off my soapbox.
I had to cancel taking around a hundred middle schoolers to a few elementary schools to dance for and with them because it interrupted our testing schedule, even though we thought we had looked carefully at the calender, a test day snuck in and over ruled our plans.
It's sad.
That is pretty funny. Way sad to think about though for sure. I hope it will someday get better.
