"I Used to Dream of Angels, Now I hold Them in My Arms"

I don't really know how to talk about Mothers Day without getting all cheesy! So if you are not in the mood for cheesiness this post is not for you! I saw this quote (the title of the post) and thought it fit perfectly with being a Mommy). I had a wonderful Mothers day yesterday I got some very thoughtful gifts and was told "I love you, happy Mothers day" a number of times, got breakfast in bed, and best of all fit into my pre-pregnancy dress that I love! That really wasn't what made my day so great (although lets be real I was thrilled about the dress fitting). All day I felt the love that Heavenly Father has for me and especially the love that he has for the precious 3 little ones that he has sent me. I felt in awe just watching them and thinking how lucky I am to not only be apart of their lives but to be able to their Mommy. They are s0 precious to me and I wonder what in the world I could possibly have to offer them. I love them so much and absolutely LOVE being their Mommy. Of course everyday is not pure bliss but I can honestly say that not a day goes by that I don't get multiple glimpses of that bliss. I am so grateful to Mike for supporting our family so that I can stay home with them. I know that it is stressful on him and even frustrating but he continues to do it willingly. He is awesome! This picture is of Raigynn learning how to fold her arms for prayers. It is sometimes overwhelming thinking of all the things that I need to teach them but thankfully they are so willing to learn, and good or bad believe everything I say (we'll see how long that lasts). I love my job as Mommy and hope that time slows down a little bit so I can enjoy every second of these younger years I have with them and so I can have time to teach them what they need to know to be strong women one day! I love you Girls..............Oh by the way when I am venting in future post about how frustrating motherhood can be please refer me back to this post!
