10 Adults+Dirt+10 kids= Annual Paxman Campout!

I jotted down some thoughts/highlights about this years campout..........

-boys will be boys no matter how old they are (craw-dads anyone?)
-sister, Whitney almost winning Settlers the first time ever playing
-watching an old tire rim burn is quite entertaining
-boys have it much easier out there in the wilderness!
-bro'n'law Homer has the perfect horse shoe toss!
-having a smore each night will not make you throw-up( no mention about the weight gain however)
-having a trailer does make that big of a difference ( Thanks Dustin and Annika)
-sis'n'law Annika is amazing taking 5 kids 6 and under camping for 5 days
-beating Mike at Settlers never gets old
-there is no such thing as too long of a 4 wheeler rides
-throwing a horse shoe takes talent and some luck
-Dad can never take the grandkids on enough 4-wheeler rides
-Mom can never get enough of her family
-bro, Dustin is extremely thoughtful and a little crazy
-having clean kids go to bed is possible (with enough water)
-Landon and Haley winning the horseshoe tourney (that belly had to help)
-bro'n'law, Landon can not eat too many smores
-Daddies are little boys at heart
-tin foil dinners are great with cauliflower
-It is possible to camp with 10 adults and 10 kids and still have a blast!

Sounds like so much fun. We really should have a WHR reunion and get together up in the trees. Thanks for sharing.

Nice photos!

Cute pics. Can I just say that I'm so glad we went camping before the baby came instead of after. I've done the nursing in the outdoors thing before. Wouldn't reccomend it!

I LOVE the slide show! But nearly having a nervous breakdown in front of my in-laws isn't exactly what I would call "amazing"!

It sounds like you all had a lot of fun and I have to say that are really brave to take that many kids camping!! I'm afraid to go with 2!! Anyway, I think we need to get together for a friendly game of Settlers!! :)

FUN! That sounds awesome! How do you put yourself to bed clean after five days, let alone children?

Fun! I have become such a girl when it comes to camping, now that I have kids. So more power to you!
